A few years back, I was stuck in a marriage that just wasn't working, hiding my depression, and sleepwalking through my days. I felt so empty and lost, I didn't even know who I was anymore. Some days, I even contemplated leaving this earth for the certainty of... well, nothingness. But then, boom! Something inside me woke up. It was like a spiritual awakening hit me out of nowhere. Although I'd been an atheist my whole life, I suddenly realized we're not just bodies; we're souls having this wild human experience, connected to this mystical energy that's way bigger than I ever imagined.
The Kundalini Awakening: When Everything Changed
My journey took a profound turn with my Kundalini awakening. It was as if a switch was flipped, and I began tuning into sacred frequencies I never knew existed. I started hearing and channeling guidance from spirit guides, diving into energy practices, and exploring ancient esoteric wisdom that felt deeply familiar. Goddess energies appeared out of nowhere to guide me when I needed them the most and I received their sacred initiation teachings. This awakening was the beginning of my self-discovery journey. From that day forward, I began exploring my feminine energy, seeking out ways to heal and rediscover myself.
When I learned to connect with this incredible divine feminine energy, it was like rediscovering a part of myself I'd forgotten existed. I unleashed my true inner power and tapped into my soul wisdom. It's a process that led me to a deeper understanding of my soul’s purpose and my feminine power.
Embracing Change and Living Authentically
At 35, I took the biggest risk of my life. Leaving my marriage was a monumental decision. It opened the floodgates to a life of uncertainty and self-discovery. I'm talking healing old wounds, battling those nasty voices in my head telling me I wasn't good enough, and figuring out who I really was underneath all that conditioning. I made some pretty radical changes to match my soul identity and my new priorities of authenticity, meaning and unconditional self love. I moved to London, searching for my soul tribe, and joined the beautiful (and terrifying) racket called the London dating scene. Talk about putting yourself out there!
Overcoming Challenges and Emotional Healing
Life threw me some serious curveballs too including losing my ex-partner to cancer while we divorced. I felt a gigantic hole burning through my heart. The stress, grief and emotional burnout were immense and some days, I felt like I was wading through mud. But each challenge on my initiation journey just made me stronger.
Through my journey, I learned how to heal old wounds, reconnect with my body, and step into my power as a woman.
These same practices form the foundation of my Sacred Feminine Rebirth program.
